Fluffy, sponge cake

Here's a cake I made with mom and sis yesterday, this is my portion. Am not sure what cake is this, but its fluffy, spongy, perfectly melt in your mouth (we are fussy eater, we know a good one, when we ate one!). I colored a batch with choc emalco, and swirled it on top of the cake, mom selling this as cupcake, for RM2.50 with icing, but I only did as cake. Here it is:
